The Financial Conduct Authority expects any intermediary to disclose to the customer that a commission may be payable by the owner or creditor to the intermediary, and the amount of that commission. The Financial Conduct Authority has made it clear that "commission" means any financial consideration.

About Lease4Less's Services

Lease4Less offers products and services from a panel of selected leasing companies, UK vehicle dealerships and product providers with whom we have commercial relationships.

Lease4Less acts as a credit broker, not a lender.

Vehicle Processing Fee

For our services, we charge a Vehicle Processing Fee, which is £250 + VAT (£300 including VAT).

This fee covers administrative and operational work including, but not limited to, processing your order, liaising with supplying dealerships, and arranging finance with a suitable lender.

Commission and Remuneration

We will receive financial remuneration for introducing you to a lender and/or supplying dealership. This remuneration may take the form of a commission, fee or other payment, and may be fixed or variable.

This remuneration will be reflected in the payments you make under your agreement.

We will disclose the amount of any commission, fee or other remuneration payable to us before you enter into a finance contract with the lender.

Nature of Service

You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us.

We provide product information to enable you to make your own informed decision. Lease4Less does not provide independent financial advice.

We are not an independent broker and do not offer products from the whole market.

Customer Acknowledgement

You are entitled to ask questions about our services and any remuneration we receive.

We cannot proceed unless you confirm that you understand this disclosure and consent to the commission arrangements and any potential conflict of interest.
